Slow cooked pulled pork

4lb pork shoulder

2T paprika

1t oregano

1t salt

1t pepper

1/2t cumin

1 diced onion

4-6 garlic cloves chopped

Juice of 2 limes

~1T palm sugar sprinkled in


Instructions

Place the diced onion, garlic and orange juice in your slow cooker.

In a small bowl, mix all of the spices together.

Trim excess fat

Rub pork generously  with spice mix. Place in the slow cooker.

Cook on low 8-12 hours.

Transfer to a plate and shred.

Moisten with cooking liquid if desired.
